"I had a couple of martinis when I found out," Craig said.
Craig's name, the subject of speculation for weeks, was revealed as he was whisked down the River Thames aboard a military speedboat to a waterside news conference.
"I am looking most forward to actually starting getting on with it, and feeling intimidated about pretty much everything," Craig said. "It is a sort of responsibility, but it is also a huge adventure."

Can you image this guy getting his hands dong animated Bond?
That was meant to be "hands on" Sithy!
Back to 007...
I've read that some "die-hard" Bond purists are very upset at an 'ugly' actor being cast as Bond. I guess they've never actually read any of the oriiginal novels which describe Bond being scarred on his face...
and I've had it explained to me by a Special Operations Captain that the facial scarring is in fact the reason why all the villains recognise him.
Three cheers for the 'ugly' Bond ... lets hope he's a bastard on screen too!
Keep your fantasies to yourself, overseer :-)
