Gun-Toting freaks should be eliminated before they do damage.

You've all probably heard of Kimveer Gill, the nutter who blew away a load of folk in Dawson College, Montreal, Canada recently. My question is: Could this atrocity have been avoided?

Gill, on his online blog postings said he hated authority figures like police and school principals. He described Natural Born Killers as his favourite movie and was a fan of the video game Postal (in which I believe you play Gary Diff'rent Strokes Coleman, a pimp who urinates on his whores and shoots others). He lamented that the his favourite weapon: the Tec-9 semi-automatic handgun was not legal in Canada. "Metal and Goth kick ass. Life is a video game, you've got to die sometime.'' he is quoted as saying. In his user profile: he wants to die, "Like Romeo and Juliet or in a hail of gunfire". Gill also posed wearing black and brandishing weapons on his blog photos.

Now I know any attempt to curtail the activities of people who do this shit would mean doing so to half the internet population, but at least appoint some class of "Psycho Internet Nutter" watchdog agency with broad powers of arrest, detention, interrogation and psycho-analysis where loonies like Gill can be "eliminated" before they cause harm to decent law-abiding citizens. But until then, I call on everyone to watch out for violence-loving, gun-toting, psycho internet nutters posting pictures of themselves with their armoury on their blog and report it to the relevant authorities.

Oh before I go- did I show ya'll my new H&K MP5A3?

Maybe he'd gotten lead poisoning??

Sigh its a sad day when the Colonel actually seems sane when it comes to guns!

No Vaughan, its a scary day! "Gun-Toting freaks should be eliminated before they do damage" ... maybe the Colonel is prepared finally fon Guns's revenge on him?

I have no intention of using mere bullets to bring the Colonel down mate. No, I will use his own reliance on his sacred beliefs in the Uniform Code Of Military Justice and wound him with his own laws that he has hid behind for so long. The damage done from humiliation from a court martial will be far greater than any damage I'd really like to inflict (for which he'd probably just claim another Purple Heart for anyway). It is time to bring the Colonel down.

Now what was this about Cowardice in the face of a Minigun you were saying before Sith?

The Colonel, machine gun in hand, turned and fled.

That's not cowardice, that's tactical withdrawal. I went to get a better gun.

You'll be explaining that to the JAG, not to us Colonel. Sith, I'll assume I can count on your support during the Article 32 investigation? Do any more dispicable "incidents" come to mind?

I can see the colonel's response now....
"I wasn't running away sir, I was advancing in the opposite direction"

Major General Creedon said...

Yes, that's it exactly. Good man Aaron. You will act as part of my defence as my other "friends" are out to get me.

And get you we will you bastard! I said elsewhere: I think I've got enough to ensure a case for The Colonel being incapable of command. If Civilian Overseer, Sith or anyone else can help me please let us know by posting here over the weekend as I've reason to believe The Colonel will be in Dublin on a "mad drinking session" over the weekend so we'll have no fear of being cut.

I'd be intrested in taking the case. Maybe because I never loose. I've brought down Generals and Politicians. This Colonel will be a piece of cake.

Well, he's been known to run in the face of enemy fire.
Gross hypocrisy.
Leave men behind - thought the US were big on not doing that? Or is that just the Rangers...?
master guns is the man to talk to to make your case

Major General Creedon said...

@ Guns: As you see, you don't have many takers. You have no allies here Master Guns.

@ Capt. Rabb: I see you won the coin-toss then? I'm sure we can work out some sort of deal should and "indiscretions" see the light of day?

@ Sithy: We go back for them if we leave them temporarily. We assumed Master Guns was disintegrated.

Will your deal with capt. rabb involve Ospreys in any way?

Anonymous said...

NO, no deals Rabb. Go for the kill!

Capt. Harmon Rabb said...

It's not that sort of deal Mr. Apologist, sorry.

Would a deal not be preferable to weakening the very planet's defences by court-martialling a hero such as the colonel? Yes the public like to see the mighty fall and the media is always there when it happens, but we need heroes at this time, not recepticles for our hatred.

Indeed, the "unsanctioned" Iraqi civvy deaths at the hands of Marines in Iraq is enough bad publicity for the Corps at the moment. No need to hamstring the Corps by eliminating the colonel.

I'll admit that the Corps has had some bad press recently, but the colonel is not "the golden boy" of the USMC. He should be humiliated and/or discharged or at the very least suspended from rank and command for what he's done.

I shall not rest.

In the words of the great Hammer, when he was M.C. Hammer "you can't touch this".
