Sizemore Gives Interview From Jail

I had previously thought the Tom Sizemore news would have dried up, but apparently he's been giving interviews from prison.

He says this week that he's done with drugs. "I'm not trading my whole life for some powder."

Sizemore is currently serving time in Kern County for violating probation in a drug case after he was arrested in a Bakersfield hotel in May for methamphetamine found in his car. He'll be released in November.

The actor tapped to play the title role in a Colonel Creedon movie was charged with seven drug-related counts, but pleaded no contest to a charge of transporting drugs for personal use. He was sentenced Wednesday to treatment in a drug therapy program.

Sizemore, 45, said getting busted may have been good for him. "God's trying to tell me he doesn't want me using drugs because every time I use them I get caught," he said. He said he understands the punishment could have been worse. "I got another chance, some people might think I don't deserve one, but I'm glad the judge thought so and I mean to make the most of it."

"God's trying to tell me he doesn't want me using drugs because every time I use them I get caught", the fact that he's acts like raving luny whenever he's on drugs doesn't contribute to his getting caught?

One wonders if Sizemore feels the Whizzinator™ helped him get earmarked for the Lt.Col role?

Sizemore ... Whizzinator™ ... wonder if theres a bad pun to be made here?

I think it was more to do with his time spent fighting in the 'Mog fighting Skinnies that won him the role of Whopper

nothing to do with his regular order in Burger King, then? :p

What? How do you even know that Sizemore eats in BK? I think you're just jealous because you can't get served in your own local BK due to the ineptitude of the Wogs they're employing LOL

But seriously, if you're that friendly with him get him to call me when he get out, we have to ramp up production before the DGA strike next summer :)

Lt.Col are you saying that Sithy is in some way Sizemore's cell mate? if so there isn't a prison constructed that could hold a Sith Lord, why not simply ask Sithy to bust Sizemore out to star in your new production, TimeRogue2-Time ReRogued!

The Only issue with that is that he'd only be re-arrested while filming...

Surely you could work the footage of the cops taking down Tom Sizemore in a hail of tasers and bean back rounds into the film, it'd lend Time Rogue Zwei a sense of realism. Why bother paying for all those actors in uniform when Sizemore's shennanegins could get them for you for free!, think of the production savings!

Think of the insurance :(

Insurance?, you should try the Jackie Chan school of film making. ;)
