Hot Alaskan MILF to be next US Vice-President!

Assuming things go according to the GOP's plan , this 44 year old mother-of-five and the current Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin will be occupying the beautiful residence at Number One Observatory Circle next year.

I'll admit I didn't even hear about her possibility for consideration until L.Lane made a comment here in June, but I knew who she was. Slowly over the next two months, I heard her name a lot, but nothing solidly from anywhere official. The buzz reached fever pitch this week until finally today on his 72nd Birthday, McCain announced the choice - and what an amazing choice it is!

Palin won several beauty pageant titles which paid her way through college to earn a BA in Journalism from the University of Idaho. She has already had her name engraved in history for becoming both the youngest person and the first woman to hold the office of Governor in the state of Alaska where she delivered on her campaign promises and even had the stones to take on the corrupt establishment.

Palin is a lifetime member of the NRA and regularly hunts and goes ice-fishing (although no reports of her shooting anyone in the face like the incumbent veep). She not only rides snow-mobiles but also has her own float-plane as well as having had a fashion spread in Vogue!

I'm giving her major kudos to her as well, for not succumbing to the common politician's prevention of their offspring from military service during wartime. Her 19-year-old son Track Palin is a ground-pounder and off to Iraq next month. I noticed that Sen. Biden's son, Army National Guard Capt. Beau Biden is also off to Iraq in October but he's got a cushy job in the J.A.G. corps and will hardly be putting his life on the line for his country.

Here's what I heard and read what people were saying today:

On her political and personal credentials-

"Sarah Palin is a conservative reformer with executive experience who will bring a breath of fresh air to Washington." - Sen. Fred Thompson

"Governor Palin is smart, authentic, tough, and a dynamic choice that will remind women that they may not be welcome on the Democrats ticket, but they have a place with Republicans.” - Gov. Mike Huckabee

"Governor Palin is an admirable person and will add a compelling new voice to this campaign." - Dem. Nominees Barack Obama and Joe Biden

"(McCain & Palin) seem very dynamic on stage together and look much better than the Obama and Biden pairing, I'm most impressed" - Mark (whom as you know, does NOT impress easily).

On her hotness:

"What do you think of the soon-to-be VPILF?" - Sith Apologist.
In answer I can only say I hope to be promoted to a position that will earn me one of these :)

"Sarah brings a great deal of excitement to the campaign" - Sen. Lisa Murkowski (admittedly I think she was talking about something else, but it's all in what you're thinking of at the time yes?)

One of her photos on a Wordpress Blog I visited, had the caption "Naughty Librarian", one of the 10 most popular male sexual fantasies. I'd go as far as saying after reading comments on websites and blogs over the past 5 hours that she epitomises the "Naughty Librarian" look.

From this we can see that in one fell swoop McCain has:
a) Eliminated any questions over how his age may affect voters by selecting someone almost 30 years his junior
b) Gained countless votes from people who'd rather see a woman in the White House no matter who or what party (and the disgruntled women who were ignored by Obama as he didn't even consider Billary for veep)
c) Proved that as a maverick with a record of reform has now chosen a maverick with a record of reform, that he has put Washington on notice that a tidal wave of change and cleanup is coming.

Basically, he's just won the election.

I was trying to Google the MILF angle and arrived here. Basically, he LOST the election is what you should have been thinking. Because that's what happened.

No, he won. (I'm always right).

Strange old world, isn't it?
The Democrats have a black/female candidate, and they're groundbreaking, helping show how American society has moved on etc
The Republicans have a black/female candidate, and it's just a cynical device for media attention.

Obama will lose badly, as I doubt the American taxpayer will have the stomach (and cash!) to pay up for the 'change' he is suggesting once they realise what it entails.

Yes, of course you're always right. Now if only the American voters knew that!

McCain has gambled, and lost. Vote Obama.

Constance, does this mean you have too much money, and want to hand it over? I'll gladly take it ...

Sweetie, if you're hungry, come on over and I will make you a nice dinner. You could even stay a bit and I'll pop in a movie for you. Popcorn included.

Obama supports a woman's right to choose. So do I. McCain does not. That is why I will...

Vote Obama.

In a 2006 gubernatorial debate, the soon-to-be governor of Alaska said of evolution and creation education, "Teach both. You know, don't be afraid of education. Healthy debate is so important, and it's so valuable in our schools. I am a proponent of teaching both."

What I gather from this is that, she is either a fence sitter or believes in the supernatural. Which means either she can't make a decision or she is nut. ;)

I think you are a bit confused about Beau Biden. According to what I read, "Beau currently serves as Delaware's Attorney General; a captain in the 261st Signal Brigade of the Delaware National Guard, he will be deployed to Iraq this October."

So, an educated public servant (Attorney General of a whole entire state) like Beau Biden, a captain in the National Guard (Isn't Delaware kinda close to both DC and NYC? And didn't they respond on Sept 11?) who will be serving in the J.A.G. (and isn't that one of your favorite shows?), providing leadership and serving justice in the military is worthless because he isn't "putting his life on the line"? Ooh, and maybe while he is there, he will also commit to Barack Obama's commitment to compassion and justice for those service women who have been sexually threatened, raped, impregnated, and murdered by their fellow servicemen. But of course, that will all be "cushy."

Are you really sure that you want to start the game of whose service is more important? Because no one else is saying that a 19 year old kid's contribution of "load, aim, fire" isn't worthy.

Maybe I could tell Donny that his service is worthless because he's only delivering equipment to the war, not firing it himself. Or I could tell my cousin who is a civilian engineer for the Air Force that his service is worthless? Will God pass on the message to my deceased grandfather who was merely a supply sergeant that his service was worthless?

No, no, I know. I will call my aging great aunt at her retirement home in Florida to say that all her time at Parris Island, all her time in the Pacific nursing servicemen back to health was worthless because she didn't put her "life on the line."

Neither she nor any other service woman will be putting themselves in front of an enemy bullet. Women are not legally permitted to engage in direct combat. And of course that makes everything safe and none of them are ever in any danger and Iraq is the new Cozumel. So of course their jobs are cushy and their service is, as you implied, worthless.

I am still going to Vote Obama.

Lt.Col, Am I missing something here?

Major General Creedon said...

@ Civvy: Clearly she's rattled about something...

@ Constance: Never have I ever disregarded the service of a Nurse, Supply officer, Mechanic or even an Accountnts Technician's service. You're now succumbing to the deplorable and oft used "putting words in my mouth" tactic of the democrats.
Without their service we'd have no military at all.

Beau still has a cushy job in the J.A.G. that most likely was wrangled by daddy. If it wasn't for godamn JAG's I'd be a General!!

VPILF - ROTFL. I love that one.

Sith Apologist- Indeed. Unfortunatly, the media is under the control of liberal cunts and people with no sence of patriotism whatsoever. People think Fox News is biasd for the right but MSNBC is seen as completly impartial? Don't make me laugh. The media had permutated the image of Obama being the second fuckin' coming so much that he'll start believing it himself soon enough. I hope the American people aren't so stupid as to be drawn in by someone who's basically a televangelist.

Constance- I think the Colonel's problem is just with the JAG corps as opposed to the support forces. After all, withought them he's be dead hundreds of times over.
The JAG took his eagles and that's not something a man can forgive...

Ha!, Sithy, your VPILF is now a GILF!

@Grunt:
Not just the US media. The BBC isn't allowed - under it's charter - to either:
1) display political bias (do I even have to say?)
2) accept donations from political organisations (which it does ... EU)
So technically, we shouldn't have to pay the BBC tax ... uh ... license fee.

@Overseer:
She's the same woman she was when VPILF; so VPILF, GILF, it's all good :p

Hell yes I'm rattled! I don't want to elect some Republican moron who has the most anti-female platform I've ever seen. She wants to take away rights women fought hard to win and she could care less about the Equal Pay Act. It took me two weeks to calm down!

Colonel, you know I didn't put words into your mouth! You said "Beau Biden is also off to Iraq in October but he's got a cushy job in the J.A.G. corps and will hardly be putting his life on the line for his country." You implied that not putting your life on the line for his country is lesser. I took offense at your implication.

Just because you have your own problems with the JAG is no reason to take it out on a fine man like Beau Biden.

And you better watch it with that "Naughty Librarian" crap, or else some actual librarian might get very naughty and kick your ass.

Vote Obama.

Major General Creedon said...

@ Former Grunt: MSNBC is totally impartial. They gave equal coverage to Obama and Billary - just not to the Republicans.

The JAG Corps are great, when they're with me.

@ Civvy: Did you come up with that one all by yourself? You're a comedy god amongst mere amateurs.

@ Sithy: Ah yes the BBC, serving their own, er.. I mean the public interests since 1922.

@ Constance: My God woman. With such a skill as being able to excavate such a spacious implication as that from what I said you should become a fantasy writer. With an imagination like that you'll be a best-seller within weeks. What fun it would be to stamp your own books several times a day!!!

You are right about Beau Biden however. For all I know he's a good man who is probably defying his fathers wishes to go there at all, and further defying Joe who was probably trying to get him the cushiest job of all.

I formally apologise to Capt. Biden (who I know is reading this) and I further urge him to: instead of spending his time prosecuting the brave soldiers he serves with for unavoidably shooting dumb-ass civvies who from time to time get the notion that standing out during a firefight is a brilliant idea- why doesn't he pick up a rifle and stand at a post like Track Palin who has the unenviable job of preventing suicide bombers from blowing up his commanders.

"...get very naughty and kick your ass."
Ooo yeah baby! Bring it on. I love it rough!!!

Anonymous said...

"spacious implication"? Were you perhaps going for... specious?

"You are right about..."
When will you learn that I am right about ... everything? You're a military man, yes? You follow orders? You should just listen to me and...

Vote Obama.

And it IS on, Creedon. It is SO on!

Well, Constance, if the name of equality ...
How do you feel about Obama being in favor of the draft? Seeing as its unconstitutional, I believe

Anonymous said...

Firstly, where did you hear about him being in favor of the draft? I haven't read that. Well, at least the National Enquirer hasn't yet reported it.

Secondly, I'm pretty sure that conscripted military service has to be initiated by Congress. The President can't just decide it and do it.

Thirdly, what do you think about the draft? It is extremely unlikely that I will ever be drafted due to my age and gender. What do you think about required military service?
