Veterans Day 2009

Today is either Veteran's Day, Remembrance Day or Armistice Day depending on your part of the world. I request only that, if you see a veteran today that you thank them for their service. It will mean a lot.

    Never forget that our privileged selves enjoy the freedom to, say, post on this blog due to the sacrifices of the brave men and women of our armed services.

    And I am happy to say that I even exist to post on this fine blog because American troops kept my non-American family safe and alive during a time of war.
