My buddy Mark has just posted the latest episode of our podcast "2 Irish Geeks and a TV". In this installment you'll learn (among other things) about who the villains that will be in "Spiderman 3", I review "Land Of The Dead" and the pilot Episode of Bochco's "Over*There", Mark reviews the pilots of "Invasion" and the new Brannon “Star Trek Killer” Braga / Brent “Data” Spiner TV show: "Threshold". Anyone who listens and comes away with the impression that I was perhaps a bit "too excited" by both Over*There and Land of the Dead... ...is probably right, I was! And I don't apologise for it (except to Mark for hogging his airtime- Sorry Mark!).
You can also get the latest episode and all previous episodes by vistiting visit Mark's blog here, or use iTunes to subscribe to the podcast feed.
If you don't know what a podcst is or havn't a clue what I'm on about go here.
Excellent, are you now Colonel Ciaran "Whopper" Creedon?
ReplyDeleteIt beats the hell out of Colonel Ciaran "Prosthetic" Creedon whilst still capturing the spirit of the "Prosthetic" moniker, Yes Mr.Anonymous, I think you've definitly hit upon something here.
ReplyDeleteI don't want to hit on his prosthetic 'whopper', much less be hit on by it :(
ReplyDeleteIt's as good as any moniker I guess. Colonel Ciaran "Whopper" Creedon it is.
ReplyDeleteI knew if I said it it would stick.
ReplyDeleteSpam can stick too, "mark"
ReplyDeleteI loved the last few podcasts, I listened to them on a drive back from Galway today. It was very entertaing. Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteDid you say you were in school with Cillian Murphy?
That's right Dave! Cillian was a year (maybe two) behind me in school here in Cork City. I'm no stranger to acting myself- I'm in a short film "Valour" which was filmed in Macroom last year, which will be shown at the Cork, Kerry, Foyle, Leeds, Calgary and Boston film festivals this season.
ReplyDeleteYes, the Colonel is the 2nd best cameo in the entire film! :)
