It's no longer a question of "if", but "when"!

Welcome to my nightmare.

The purpose of this movie obviously, is to speculate what would happen if I didn't exist...

...scary huh?

Colonel Your nightmare is that LA might survive?

Have you ever been to LA, It's the smog covered American Tallaght...I'm surprised the Colonel doesn't pin a medal on the first alien race to take it out!

Does Michael Bay will in LA?, maybe the Colonel fears for the safety of Michael Bay?

Anyone who is anyone lives outside LA so Michael wouldn't live in LA. all around Los Angeles are some of the most beautiful places and Climate on earth and in the middle of this immense beauty is this mess of a city that you can't even see most days because of the Smog Cloud! To be quite honest if the Colonel ever does let his guard down and Aliens do attack LA I'm not sure you could tell the difference through the smog!

Mr.V, I like your idea of a smog shield, if you can't see the city, you can't know if it is destroyed or not, leading to the intriguing possibility that in the event of an alien invasion, if a city deployed such a smog shield, the city could be either detroyed or not destroyed at the same time, quite quantum of you, I dub this "Vaughin's City".

As long as the people are happy to have up to 25% less lung capacity (sadly true of LA) than the rest of the country, than that city welcomes them with open arms, let them rest easy knowing that the smog shield will always keep them safe ( just don't mention the fact it's also killing them at the same time!)

Mr V, it wouldn't matter if the folks living under the smog shield had reduced lung capacity or not, they would have far greater worries, wondering whether or not they had been destroyed by aliens.

In fact, faced with the 50% chance of utter destruction by aliens if the smog cloud was ever removed then a 25% reduced lung capacity is a small price to pay.

Over to you.

Here lies Mr.V defeated by superior math and logic.

Booyah!

how am i defeated? My silence is because I agree with your logic!

Mr. V, that's right, let your anger flow through you, with each passing moment you make yourself more my servant, my middle age apprentice.

Snow, Ice, Motorways blocked, Airports closed, severe travel disruption, now more than ever the world needs a hero, the world needs, the Colonel.

Go get that frost beastie.
